You deserve to feel unstoppable in every piece. But if something is not quite right, no stress - we've made returns simple and straight forward. You can return your item within 14 days of receiving it, as long as it meets the following conditions :
Eligibility
1. Items must be in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact. We can't accept returns with signs of wear, including makeup, deodorant, fake tan or similar marks.
2. If your item arrived faulty or damaged, contact our email (contact@wildoutlaw.co.uk) within 48hours of receiving it. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
3. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Sale items (Outlet Section) are not eligible for return.
Initiation of Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps ;
1. Ensure item is in original condition and packaged carefully.

Inspection and Approval
1. Once your return reaches us, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return requirements.
2. You will receive an email confirming whether your return has been approved or rejected.
Refund Process
1. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
2. Please allow up to 14 days for processing. Timing may vary depending on you bank or payment provider.
