Returns & Exchanges. 

We want you to love everything you get from Wild Outlaw. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to make it right. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about returns and exchanges.

Returns

You’ve got 14 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange. Items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In original condition with tags attached

  • In original packaging (if applicable)

Please see below the five steps to process a return. 

Ensure your item has no signs of wear or tears and has not been worn, washed or used for anything other than a try on.

Ensure your item was delivered less than 14 days ago.

Please include the slip of paper you received with your order, which states your order number and name. Please pack up in it's original packaging.

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. We will handle the return processing at no additional charge.To avoid any issues, please use a tracked shipping method, as Wild Outlaw Clothing Co is not liable for returns lost in transit.

Please notify our customer support team at returns@wildoutlaw.co.uk with the following information:

  • Your full name (as used on the order)
  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you are returning
  • The tracking number for your return parcel
