To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Please note that returns should be sent to the address provided in our contact information. We kindly ask that you do not send items back without first requesting a return, as they will not be accepted.

For your convenience, we also offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend returning the original item and making a separate purchase for the new item. This ensures a faster and smoother process, allowing you to get what you want without delay.

While we strive for perfection, we understand that issues may arise. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right, ensuring your satisfaction.

For customers within the European Union, we acknowledge your rights under the 14-day cooling-off period. You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The same conditions apply: the item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
